Michael currently provides Fractional CFO services to three Colorado-based small businesses, including two recently-funded start-ups. He has been providing Fractional CFO services for 15 years in a variety of segments in manufacturing (consumer household products, hi-tech electronics, custom signage, machining, injection molding), retail, and distribution. Before this he was CFO for Visual Products Corporation (a $70m North American sign manufacturing holding company). In 2001, Michael purchased his first of three signage manufacturing companies, which he operated until 2008. Michael began his career with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) as an auditor, securing his CPA (expired in 2006). Michael has a BS in finance with an accounting emphasis from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Stephon has six years experience working for commercial real estate developers in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in financial modeling for new construction multifamily projects. More broadly, he is a Microsoft Excel expert, having spent more than 10,000 hours in the software developing a wide range of applications centered around forecasting and reporting. Stephon enjoys helping busy entrepreneurs cut through the noise by developing digital tools that simplify the complex. When not working, Stephon attempts to amuse himself and others through conversation. He also loves cats and attempts to befriend each one he comes across. With the species as it is, his batting average is about .250. Stephon graduated from Penn State University with a dual BS in economics and psychology.

Jenny is passionate about helping business owners grow more profitable and successful businesses through understanding and optimizing their finances. She has decades of finance and accounting experience with a demonstrated history of successfully managing financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, compliance, and day-to-day operations. She is an expert in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure the achievement of the company's business plans and objectives. Jenny founded ClariFI in order to bring this expertise to a wider range of companies. Her goal is to provide financial expertise to help small businesses thrive in their communities.

Brian started his career with Arthur Andersen and has over 30 years of financial experience. He has been the CEO, CFO, and/or COO for 14 startups and is well versed on the ups and downs of running a business. He brings fianancial and strategic planning expertise that is critical to the long term health of a company. He has improved company financials, implemented profitablity plans, strategic plans, reduced costs, created budgets and forecasts to help companies grow profitably. Brian earned his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Managment and his finance degree from Southern Methodist University.
